—How quickly do I receive the images?

With Snapflare, selected images can be edited and delivered live during the event. A first selection for press and social media is available on the same day on request. The fully edited set usually follows within 3–5 working days.

+What is Snapflare?

Snapflare is my own platform for live photography. Selected images are edited during the event and published directly into a clear online gallery. Social media, PR and event teams can access, download and publish them immediately. More about Snapflare

+Do you also offer video?

Yes. Alongside professional event and trade fair photography I also produce video – from short social clips and interviews to event recaps and brand content. Photo and video can be booked separately or as a combined package, with scope, format and post-production tailored to the project.

+Which usage rights are included?

Included are usage rights unlimited in time and territory for your own corporate communications: website, social media, PR, press work, presentations and internal use. Paid advertising campaigns, resale and transfer to external third parties are agreed separately when needed.

+Do you work outside of NRW?

Yes. I cover events, trade fairs and brand productions across Germany and Europe. Travel, accommodation and any transport costs are listed transparently in the individual quote depending on the location.

+How many images do I receive?

The number depends on the duration, programme and scope of the event. You receive a carefully curated selection of all relevant moments – professionally edited and delivered both in high resolution and web-optimised.

+Are RAW files delivered?

RAW files are generally not part of the standard delivery. You receive the final selected and professionally edited images. For special production requirements, individual arrangements can be made.

+How are the images delivered?

Final images are provided for download via a clear online gallery. For events with fast content production, Snapflare can additionally be used for continuous live delivery during the event. Password protection, individual access and agreed deletion periods are available on request.

+How does booking work?

After a short alignment on date, location, schedule, scope of services and intended usage, you receive an individual quote. Written confirmation reserves the date bindingly. Before the event we align on the schedule, contacts and key shots together.

+How do you handle data protection and GDPR?

Galleries can be set up with password protection, individual access and defined deletion periods on request. The handling of personal data and image material is agreed transparently before the project and implemented in line with applicable data protection requirements.
